Rich Chocolatey Raspberry Mousse

  1. Microwave cream in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
  2. or until it comes to boil.
  3. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted.
  4. Blend in liqueur.
  5. Cool 5 min.
  6. or to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  7. Whisk in 2 cups COOL WHIP; spoon into 6 dessert dishes.
  8. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  9. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
