  1. For each serving: Lightly grill 2 bread slices.
  2. Spread 1 Tbsp.
  3. cream cheese onto 1 bread slice.
  4. Top with 2 cheese slices, 5 oz.
  5. roast beef and 3 arugula leaves.
  6. Spread 2 Tbsp.
  7. mustard on second bread slice; place on top of sandwich.
