Fresh Strawberry Dainty

• 1 pint strawberry, cut
• 12 cup sugar
• 12 cup milk
• 12 lb marshmallows
• 1 cup whipping cream, stiffly whipped
• 13 lb vanilla wafer, crushed

1. mix strawberries and sugar
2. heat milk and marshmallows on low heatuntil marshmellows melted
3. fold in strawberries
4. fold in whipped cream
5. in baking pan place 1/2 wafers
6. then strawberry mixture
7. then cover with remaining crumbs
8. freeze.
