Salt Dough Ornaments Recipe

• 2 c. white flour
• 1 c. salt
• 1 c. hot water
• 2 tbsp. oil

1. Combine and knead for 10 min or possibly till dough is smooth.
2. If crumbly add in water; if moist and sticky add in flour till right consistency.
3. Shape into desired shapes or possibly roll out dough and use cookie cutters.
4. Bake at 325 degrees till dry - not brown- approximately 15 min per 1/4 inch thickness.
5. When cold paint with water colors or possibly acrylic paints.
6. Color may be added to dough before cooking.
7. Spray with acrylic spray to preserve and shine.
