$10 Milkshake Recipe

  1. In a small saucepot, bring cream to a boil.
  2. Place chocolate bits in a large bowl and pour cream over top.
  3. Stir till cream melts the chocolate and produces a smooth chocolate sauce (congratulations, you have made chocolate "ganache").
  4. Refrigeratetill sauce cools and thickens In a milkshake maker or possibly blender, add in 4 Tbsp.
  5. of ganache, 4 scoops of ice cream, 1/2 c. of lowfat milk and 2 ounces of framboise.
  6. Blend till smooth.
  7. This will make 2 milkshakes.
  8. Garnish glass with fresh mint and fresh raspberries.
