Butter-Sauteed Spinach with Bacon
- 200 grams Spinach
- 4 slice Bacon
- 10 grams Butter (or margarine)
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Boil the spinach in boiling water for about 40 seconds.
- Rinse in running water, squeeze the water out, and chop into 4 cm wide pieces.
- Chop the bacon into 5 mm wide pieces.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the bacon quickly.
- Add the boiled spinach and continue to saute for 1 minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to finish.
