Butter-Sauteed Spinach with Bacon

  1. Boil the spinach in boiling water for about 40 seconds.
  2. Rinse in running water, squeeze the water out, and chop into 4 cm wide pieces.
  3. Chop the bacon into 5 mm wide pieces.
  4. Heat the butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the bacon quickly.
  5. Add the boiled spinach and continue to saute for 1 minute.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to finish.
