Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Skillet with Parmesan
- 1/2 lb. fettuccine, uncooked
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min.
- or until done.
- Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add flour to skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 1 min.
- or until hot and bubbly.
- Stir in broth, milk and cheese; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
- or until thickened.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to sauce with chicken; toss to evenly coat.
