Almond Fried Rice Recipe

  1. Heat oil in warm wok or possibly large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add in green onions and bell pepper; stir-fry 1 minute.
  3. Add in egg and scramble.
  4. Stir in rice and cook till heated through, gently separating grains.
  5. Add in ham and soy sauce; cook and stir till mix is well blended.
  6. Just before serving, stir in almonds.
  7. This recipe yields 4 servings.
