Homemade Hummus
- 1 can Chickpeas/garbanzo Beans (15 Oz Can), Drained And Rinsed
- 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled And Pressed
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 dash Sea Salt (or To Taste)
- 1/2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Sun Dried Tomatoes (optional, But Delicious!)
- 1 dash Parsley, For Garnish
- 1 dash Paprika, For Garnish

- Pour all ingredients (except the garnishes) into blender and process until very smooth.

- Add any additional seasonings to taste.
- 3.
- Put the hummus into a dish and garnish with parsley and paprika.
- 4.
- Serve with your favorite crackers, pita bread, celery or carrots!
