Garlic Butter Sauteed Oysters
- 1 pack Oysters
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Butter
- 2 1/2 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Salt (to rinse the oysters)
- Sprinkle the salt on the oysters, and rinse well under running water to wash off any dirt.
- Pat dry, and coat evenly with flour.
- Heat the oil, butter, and garlic in the frying pan.
- After the butter melts, align the oysters on the pan.
- Take care not to poke the oysters too much or the coating will come off.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper as you pan-fry the oysters for 2-3 minutes on both sides over medium heat.
- Dish them up after they've become crispy on the outside, and enjoy!

- These oysters are great with sauteed spinach leaves!
