Sweet and Hot Shrimp

  1. In a 12-inch skillet, heat vegetable oil and curry paste on medium for 1 minute, stirring.
  2. Stir in eggnog; heat to boiling.
  3. Add shrimp; cook 4 minutes or until pink, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in lime peel, lime juice, and salt.
