Cranberry-Lime Salsa

  1. Sort through the berries, discarding any that are withered or soft.
  2. Place the remainder in a blender or food processor and puree until they are fairly smooth.
  3. Scrape the puree into a bowl.
  4. Blend in the lime juice, honey, tequila, jalapenos and cilantro.
  5. Adjust the flavor to taste.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
