Spiked Fruit Cup
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges in juice, drained
- 1 Red Delicious apple, finely chopped
- 1 cup golden raisin
- 23 cup prune, pitted and quartered
- 12 cup dried apricot halves, quartered
- 13 cup orange juice
- 14 cup apricot brandy (optional)
- 14 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
- Combine orange juice and remaining ingredients; pour over fruit.
- Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
