Snow Pudding Recipe
- 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
- 2 tbsp. cool water
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 3 egg whites (beaten) reserve egg yolks
- Soak gelatin in cool water for 5 min.
- Then add in boiling water and stir till gelatin is dissolved.
- Add in sugar and lemon juice and stir till it thickens.
- Add in beaten egg whites and continue to beat till it is thick sufficient to drop or possibly mold.
- Chill.
- Serve with Custard Sauce.
