Pineapple Glazed Carrots Recipe

  1. Mix cornstarch, brown sugar and nutmeg together and then set in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch microwave casserole.
  2. (These ingredients work best if in a microwave bag.)
  3. Add in pineapple juice and squeeze the bag gently to distribute the ingredients.
  4. Add in carrots and butter pcs, seal bag and cut 6 (1/2 inch) slits in the top of it.
  5. Microwave on high for 20-22 min, till the carrots are tender.
  6. Rotate several times during cooking.
  7. Stir and serve.
