Garlic & Chilli Prawns

  1. MELT the butter in a large frypan and saute the spring onions, garlic and chilli for 23 minutes.
  2. Add the prawns and continue cooking for 35 minutes until the prawns are cooked through.
  3. STIR in the PHILLY and simmer gently until the sauce is heated through.
  4. PLACE a bed of spinach into each serving bowl, top with the prawns and serve with rice.
  5. Serve immediately.
