Garlic & Chilli Prawns
- 30 g butter
- 4 spring onions, diagonally sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1-2 teaspoons finely shredded chilli
- 500 g green prawn cutlets King Sooper's 1 lb For $4.99 thru 02/09
- 250 ml PHILADELPHIA Light Cream For Cooking
- 50 g baby spinach leaves, to serve
- rice, to serve
- MELT the butter in a large frypan and saute the spring onions, garlic and chilli for 23 minutes.
- Add the prawns and continue cooking for 35 minutes until the prawns are cooked through.
- STIR in the PHILLY and simmer gently until the sauce is heated through.
- PLACE a bed of spinach into each serving bowl, top with the prawns and serve with rice.
- Serve immediately.
