Ham and Broccoli Wrap-Arounds - Elegant Ham and Broccoli in Cheesey Wine

  1. Wrap the ham slices around the broccoli spear.
  2. Place them in a greased 12 x 8 inch shallow ovenproof casserole baking dish and sprinkle with bread cubes.
  3. Heat the wine in saucepan.
  4. Mix the cheese and flour and gradually add to wine while stirring until smooth.
  5. Stir in the mustard and garlic powder.
  6. Pour sauce over all the ham wraps in the casserole dish.
  7. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 30 minutes or until heated through.
