Salmon Fillets with Mustard Butter
- 2 cups Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 48 each salmon fillets (6 oz. each)
- 1 cup Plain dry bread crumbs
- Place butter, mustard, parsley and lemon juice in small bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment; beat until well blended.
- Place 16 fillets on each of 3 parchment-lined sheet pans.
- (Or, use parchment-lined 1/4 sheet pan for trial recipe.)
- Spread each fillet with 1 Tbsp.
- of the mustard mixture; sprinkle with 1 tsp.
- of the bread crumbs.
- Bake in 375F-convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and fish flakes easily with fork.
