Elegant Mushrooms

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems, reserving for another use.
  2. Poach mushrooms by placing in boiling water and removing from heat.
  3. Cover and allow to stand 5 minutes.
  4. Remove mushrooms from water and pat dry.
  5. Mix hollandaise an crabmeat.
  6. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps, place in baking dish.
  7. Broil until brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm.
