Palmetto

• 1 1/2 ounces light rum
• 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• Twist lemon peel

1. Combine all ingredients except the lemon peel in a mixing glass and stir well.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass, drop in the peel.
