Cappuccino Mousse Trifle

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir milk and coffee granules until dissolved.
  2. Remove 1 cup and set aside.
  3. Add pudding mixes to remaining milk mixture; beat on low speed 2 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip.
  5. Place 1/3 of cake cubes in trifle bowl.
  6. Layer with 1/3 of reserved milk mixture, 1/3 of pudding mixture, and 1/4 of grated chocolate.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Garnish with remaining Cool Whip and chocolate.
  9. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  10. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
