Hot Spiced Afternoon Tea for 25--30

  1. Add spices together with water to a large sacuepan and bring to a full rolling boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. IMMEDIATELY add tea bags and brew for 4--5 minutes.
  4. Stir and discard tea bags.
  5. Add sugar, stir until dissolved.
  6. Add fruit juices.
  7. To reheat for serving, place over low heat.
  8. DO NOT BOIL!
  9. Place into a punch bowl or tea urn and serve in china or ceramic cups.
