Tommy Gun

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the ginger with the jam and lemon juice.
  2. Add ice and the whiskey and Grand Marnier; shake well.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with the lemon twist.
