BULL'S-EYE Ultimate Grilled Burger

  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Place onions on centre of large sheet of heavy-duty foil; top with 1 Tbsp.
  3. barbecue sauce.
  4. Bring up foil sides.
  5. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  6. Mix meat, peppers and 1 Tbsp.
  7. of the remaining barbecue sauce; shape into 4 patties.
  8. Grill packet 15 min., and patties 14 to 18 min.
  9. or until burgers are done (160 degrees F), turning burgers after 8 min.
  10. and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
  11. If desired, toast buns by placing them, split-sides down, on barbecue grate the last 2 min.
  12. of the burger grilling time.
  13. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet.
  14. Spread bottom halves of buns with remaining barbecue sauce; cover with burgers, cheese, onion mixture and tops of buns.
