Easy Chicken Bowl
- 3 chicken fillet pieces
- 1 onion chopped
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup green bean (or other veggies)
- 1 vinegar
- 3 clove garlic (optional)
- 1 tbsp corn starch (optional)
- Cook rice: boil one cup of water with vinegar and butter (optional).
- Add rice and simmer for 8 minutes then it's done.
- Garlic sauce (optional): 1/4 cup of water, add garlic minced, chicken bullion (for flavor), and corn starch (thickness) .
- Slice chicken fillets and sear in frying pan.
- Once done cooking add garlic sauce.
- Stir for a bit then it's done.
- In separate pan, saute onions with green beans.
- Add vinegar and some water ~ cover let simmer for 3 minutes then it's done.
- Scramble eggs and add milk to fluff.
- Salt and pepper and then it's done.
- Mix everything in a bowl and enjoy.
