Saute Breast Of Marinated Chicken Victorian Recipe
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar, red wine
- 1 onion, large
- 1 pepper (red)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/4 pound Jack cheese
- 2 (8 ounce.) skinless chicken breast
- 1 tomato
- Scallions (optional), garnish
- Marinate breasts of chicken in barbecue sauce, oil, red wine vinegar.
- Set aside for 1 hour.
- After chicken is marinated and full of flavor, saute/fry garlic, butter and julienne peppers, onions and tomatoes.
- Slice chicken breasts in half and add in to vegetables.
- When chicken is cooking with the vegetables, add in marinate into pan to make a tangy barbecue butter sauce.
- Add in Jack cheese.
- Heat.
- Garnish with minced scallions and serve over warm rice.
