Herb Scalloped Tomatoes Recipe
- 4 c. canned tomatoes (cut up)
- 1 1/2 c. herb stuffing
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon leaf rosemary, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
- In a buttered 2 qt casserole, mix together tomatoes and 1 1/2 c. of stuffing mix.
- Stir in onion, sugar and seasonings.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
