Easy, Yummy Butterscotch Cake

  1. Prepare pudding mix in bowl with milk as directed.
  2. Stir in cake mix.
  3. Beat in eggs, adding one at a time.
  4. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  5. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips (morsels)
  6. Bake at 350F (180C) until cake pulls away from side of pan....about 35 to 40 minutes.
  7. Dribble caramel topping over warm cake.
  8. Sprinkle on glazed pecans.
  9. When cool, serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
  10. Yummy!!
