Cheeseburger Noodles

  1. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion powder, 1/4 teaspoons salt, and egg; mix well.
  2. Shape into 3 dozen 3/4-inch meatballs.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  4. add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. drain well.
  6. Combine chicken broth, water, ketchup, and remaining 1/4 teaspoons salt; add to skillet.
  7. bring to a boil, stir in noodles, making sure they are covered by liquid.
  8. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  9. stir in sour cream and cheese.
  10. Cook until heated through and mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  11. Do not boil.
