Turkey with Sausage Stuffing

  1. Rinse turkey breast and pat dry.
  2. Place with breast side up in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Brush with butter.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 325F for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 170F.
  5. Cover loosely with foil to prevent excess browning if necessary.
  6. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook sausage, celery and onions until the sausage is browned and vegetables are tender; drain.
  7. Remove from the heat; add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  8. Spoon into a greased 3-quart casserole.
  9. Cover and bake at 325F for 1 hour.
  10. Serve with sliced turkey.
