Herbed Cottage Cheese with Multigrain Bread

  1. Blend cottage cheese, lemon juice, and water in a blender, scraping down sides occasionally, until very smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in parsley, chives, salt, and pepper.
  3. Chill spread, covered, about 1 hour (for flavors to develop).
