Chicken With Lemongrass

  1. Pre-heat medium saucepot.
  2. Add oil and sweat onions, garlic and lemongrass.
  3. Add chicken and allow to slightly brown.
  4. Add hot peppers, lemon juice, stock, achiote, accent, and salt to taste.
  5. Allow chicken to cook thoroughly.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, add the coconut milk and the dish is finished.
  7. This is best served with steamed rice and a cold bottle of beer.
