Granary Toasts With Smoked Fish, Horseradish, and Orange

• 2 slices granary bread
• 1 tablespoon horseradish cream
• 12 orange, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
• 2 slices boneless smoked mackerel, skinned and flaked

1. Lightly toast bread slices.
2. Spread each slice with horseradish cream.
3. Top with orange slices and pieces of mackerel.
4. Grill/broil under medium-low heat 2-3 minutes.
