Courgette goat cheese tapas

• 1 Courgette
• 1 packages goat cheese
• 1 lemon
• 4 tbsp olive oil

1. use cheese grater to grate thin layers of Courgette
2. grill the thin slices, meanwhile grate off lemon peel
3. mix olive oil with lemon peel and dash of juice
4. when grilled to taste, roll goat cheese into the Courgette and sprinkle with lemon oil.
