- unwrap caramel candies and put them in a bowl with peanut butter and water.
- microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir.
- Microwave for an additional 10 seconds until mixture is smooth when stirred.
- Do not microwave for too long though, as peanut butter burns easily in the microwave.
- Stir a dash of cinnamon into the peanut butter mixture.
- toast the slices of bread and spread peanut butter mixture on one side of each slice.
- Slice granny smith apple, and put on top of two of the slices of bread, put the non apple slices of bread on top of the apple slices to make two gooey yummy sandwiches and enjoy.
- NOTE: If you are making one sandwich you will have extra peanut butter mixture and apple, but it makes a wonderful dip as well.
