Chef Anne's Sparkler

• 1 -ounce Aperol
• 5 ounces Prosecco
• Lemon Twist

1. Fill a tall wine glass about halfway with ice.
2. Pour in the Aperol and then the Prosecco.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
4. Try not to drink too many!
