Healthy Okara Rice Flour Pancakes
- 80 grams Rice flour
- 4 grams Baking powder
- 25 grams Raw cane sugar
- 50 grams Fresh okara
- 1 Egg
- 70 grams Milk
- 1 tbsp Refined white sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
- Mix together the rice flour, baking powder, cane sugar, and okara with a whisk.
- Add the milk, egg, and vegetable oil and stir in well.
- Cook the batter in a frying pan.
