Boiled Chicken with Korean Dressing

  1. Cool the boiled chickenand cut into easy-to-eat thin slices and shred with your hands.
  2. Chop up the tomatoes!
  3. Drain the lettuce well and shred with your hands.
  4. Thinly slice the apple into wedges.
  5. To retain the color, spread them out, soak in salt water, and draw the moisture.
  6. Add a small amount of the grated garlic to the Chinese dressingand mix well.
  7. Combine all the salad ingredients, then mix with the Korean dressing (3-4 tablespoons).
  8. Add ra-yu to taste.
