Boiled Chicken with Korean Dressing
- 1 Boiled chicken
- 1 Tomato
- 3 to 4 leaves Lettuce
- 1/2 Apple or pear
- 1 the listed amount Chinese dressing
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp Garlic (grated)
- 1 as much (to taste) Ra-yu
- Cool the boiled chickenand cut into easy-to-eat thin slices and shred with your hands.
- Chop up the tomatoes!
- Drain the lettuce well and shred with your hands.
- Thinly slice the apple into wedges.
- To retain the color, spread them out, soak in salt water, and draw the moisture.
- Add a small amount of the grated garlic to the Chinese dressingand mix well.
- Combine all the salad ingredients, then mix with the Korean dressing (3-4 tablespoons).
- Add ra-yu to taste.
- If you let it sit for a while, the moisture of the vegetables will come out, so prepare it right before eating.
- Top with dressing if you like.
