Shrimp & Tomato Coleslaw

  1. In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, onion, celery seed, salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Add the cabbage, tomatoes and shrimp.
  3. Toss well until combined.
  4. Cover and refrigeratoe until well chilled (at least 2 and up to 24 hours).
  5. Serve chilled.
