Wasabi Lime Dressing

• 3 tablespoons lime juice
• 1/4 cup peanut oil
• 1 tablespoon wasabi paste from a tube
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or 1/4 teaspoon table salt

1. Put all of the ingredients into a jam jar, and again shake to mix, remembering to put the lid on firmly first.
