multi vitamin smoothie
- 1 aloe vera juice
- 1 juice of 1 lemon
- 1 apple juice
- 1 vitamin juice
- 1 apple
- 1 orange
- 7 large strawberries
- 1 pear
- 120 grams frozen red currants
- 120 grams frozen raspberries
- 1 cress
- 1 ice cubes
- Cut the fruit into small pieces
- Stir everything together and blend until all smooth
- To serve, add some more cress and ice cubes
