Pork Chops with Cream of Mushroom Soup

  1. Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. Preheat oil.
  3. Mix up egg with fork.
  4. Dip pork chops in egg.
  5. Dip pork chops in flour mixture.
  6. Fry pork chops.
  7. Prepare stuffing.
  8. Place pork chops on top of stuffing in pan.
  9. Mix cream of mushroom soup and one can of milk, then pour over top of pork chops and stuffing.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1/2 hour.
