Enchilada pie
- 1 can 10 ounce enchilada sauce
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can corn drained and rinse
- 1 can black beans drained and rinse
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 packages taco seasoning
- 1 lb sausage cooked drained and rinse
- 6 each burrito size tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can 10 ounce enchilada sauce.
- Cook sausage drain rinse put in bowl add enchilada sauce n taco seasoning stir
- Preheat oven to 350
- Open cheese soup n refried beans.
- corn n beans after corn n beans are rinsed n drain add them to a bowl on side.
- Place one tortilla on bottom of pan spread some refried beans then cheese soup then add some corn n black beans then meat n enchilada sauce mixture then add another tortilla repeat five times
- Last tortilla place on top of other shells add shredded cheese n open can of enchilada sauce n pour on top slowly covering shell
- Bake 30 minutes on 350
