Crispy parmesan canapes

  1. Grate the cheese
  2. Add the seeds and flour, and black pepper
  3. Mix and put teaspoon portions
  4. On to greaseproof paper.
  5. Flatten with a spoon and put under the grill.for a few minutes while the cheese melts.
  6. Watch carefully so it doesn't burn (my first batch did )
  7. Put on the plate
  8. Add hummus and chutney.
  9. Enjoy!
