Crispy parmesan canapes
- 50 gr parmesan cheese
- 1 heaped tsp brown rice flour
- 1 tsp seeds
- few grinds black pepper
- Grate the cheese
- Add the seeds and flour, and black pepper
- Mix and put teaspoon portions
- On to greaseproof paper.
- Flatten with a spoon and put under the grill.for a few minutes while the cheese melts.
- Watch carefully so it doesn't burn (my first batch did )
- Put on the plate
- Add hummus and chutney.
- Enjoy!
