Real Watermelon Cake

  1. Cut ends off watermelon
  2. Cut watermelon in half
  3. Skin watermelon skin off till you see the color of the inside of the watermelon(pink/red)
  4. Place watermelon flat on the bigger round side
  5. Take cloth or paper towels and pat down the watermelon to dry of excess moister.
  6. In a bowl mix pudding with half amount of milk the box asks for(which is 2 cups) so 1 cup of milk.
  7. Whisk together the pudding till it thickens then fold in cool whip and spread on watermelon.
  8. Sprinkle coconut flakes and decorate as you like with berries:)
