Deep Dish Cookie... With Beans!

  1. Combine everything besides chocolate chips Ina large food processor until smooth, scape sides as needed.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips and bake in a greased 10 inch springform pan at 350 for 35-40 mixtures.
  3. Cool 15 minutes at least before serving.
  4. Mini chips work, can sub white beans for garbanzos.
  5. I use coconut sugar with good results.
  6. Can make sugar free with using 2 cups of soft, pitted dates.
