French Bread with Goat Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomato Spread

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl.
  2. Thin to spreadable consistency with sour cream.
  3. Season with generous amount of pepper.
  4. Mound cheese in crock or bowl.
  5. (Can be prepared 2 days ahead.
  6. Cover and chill.
  7. Bring to room temperature before serving.)
  8. Sprinkle cheese with thyme and walnuts.
  9. Serve with bread.
