Lemon Meringue Freeze

  1. Prepare pie filling as directed on package; pour into medium bowl.
  2. Stir in zest.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Prepare dessert topping as directed on package.
  5. Gently stir into pie filling.
  6. Cut 2-inch piece from one end of each ladyfinger; set aside.
  7. Stand ladyfingers, rounded-sides out, around rim of 9-inch springform pan; cover bottom with trimmed pieces.
  8. Fill with pie filling.
  9. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  10. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove rim of pan.
  11. Prepare meringue as directed on pie filling package; spread over dessert.
  12. Bake 5 min.
  13. or until golden brown.
  14. Top with raspberries and lemon peel.
