Salisbury steaks
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, Finley chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh bread crumb
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 oz jar beef gravy (or homemade)
- 1/4 cup Finley chopped fresh parsly
- wash hands
- pre.heat oven to 350
- in a bowl combine beef onion crumbs egg 1/4 cup gravy and parsley.
- mix well...
- form meat into 6pattys evenly.
- place in baking dish and spread remaining gravt over pattys.
- cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- .
- remove foil an bake 15 more.
- cool and serve
