Baked Vine Tomatoes And Toast Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pkt On-the-vine tomatoes Sea salt and freshly grnd black Pepper
- 4 slc Fresh crusty bread
- Preheat the oven to 220c/425f/Gas 7.
- 1 Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a small ovenproof frying pan.
- Sear the tomatoes for a minute and season generously with sea salt and freshly grnd black pepper.
- 2 Transfer to the oven and bake for 6-8 min till softened and piping warm.
- In the meantime, make the toast under the grill or possibly in a toaster.
- Serve the vine tomatoes and toast together on a plate for people to help themselves.
